Happy Clients

14 year old boy

I have realised that I get angry and upset, because I felt none listened to me at home or at school. I am much calmer know, and don't have so many arguments

19 year old young adult

I have been working with Liz for 10 weeks now. I felt totally lost when we first met. my life was going no where. Week by week we have worked through my (many) issues. Braking them down into smaller chunks. This has allowed me to no be overwhelmed as I was at the beginning. I have now started to get my life back on track. I feel I have a future now :)

Joanne 40ish female

Liz has helped me to gain perspective on my life. I have started to feel better about myself

Mary 66 year old lady

Sadly I have a very serious illness, which probably will end my life. Seeing Liz each week, gave me a chance to talk about really scary subjects, which I cannot do with my family. I always feel calmer after our sessions. Liz is a very caring person and our time together has helped me to plan for what may come
